harder than it seems

ok, a little harder to keep up with this than i thought.
Saturday - with eli: park, homework, pool
sunday: TACA picnic, eli had a great time in the surf at bellow - do that again
monday/memorial day: did some july uniform invoicing, briefed 3 cases, rpstcked to coffee/review, came home took practice test, ala mo to run/swim, home to noodle shop for dinner, than briefed two more: vogt v. madden and lucy v. zehmer.

repurposed workwork

to eli's study cozy. made buttermilk pancakes, then took out out termite eaten table and various odds and ends from workroom, vacuumed, mopped. set up new shelves, rug, lap, low table, but still need desk. Eli did not grub on the rice pilaf i made for dinner. Spoke with R brifly about response to PWN, of course she wanted to do nothing. Questioned my about law school times and length, felt threaten b/c tone was unfriendly. Wanted to talk about e's hypo, she said could talk untill end of month! I asked her for 15 min, she got flustered & said she would call me back later. I assume that means not..

eli's open house night

kapalama OCUS went well, just over $8K. J refered to me as young, sweet. LK made some progress on bid. eli's 2nd grade open house night, met ms choi and mccurdy. ate and sergs - was really good.

start over

today at the waimalu sale carol was talking about how she's been keeping a journal since she was 14 or something and i thought that was pretty impressive, so i decided to have another go at it. talked with lk about (non)progress of school bid and with ki about wether she had said lk and sc would get commissinos or not. felt good about how i havdle both.
thinking about trying gluten free for the ten days striaght i have eli this month.

umm

I just realized I'm on a manic high. Either that or over the past few days I've just meditated and talked to myself in just the right way so I feelbgood about myself. Or that I had coffee this morning (unusually) and ice tea this afternoon (also unusually). Or maybe its all part and parcel.

moral laws driven by economic imperitive

Now, I don't do drugs.
The real reason dugs are illegal is that if they are legal (and used) people might cease to function as productive economic units. The added benefit to economies is the resulting increase in value stimulates legitimate production in exchange for cash.
I.e. it keeps you spinning that hamster a little faster, fool.
